Other Medicine Services that we provide are as follows:
Medicines Check – Make an appointment with our pharmacist to come in and talk to us about your current medicines. Obtain information such as; what they do, why you're taking them, and how to get the most out of them. This check usually takes around 10 minutes and includes all prescription and non-prescription medicines.
Medicines Reconciliation and Synchronisation – If you have visited a number of health professionals you may find that you don’t have the complete picture of your health regime. Our pharmacist can help you keep track of all these for you, whether prescribed or not and be able to advise you accordingly. They can provide you with an up-to-date list of all your medicines including any non-prescription medicines.
Medicines Returns - Medicines must be disposed of correctly – so they don't end up in our waterways or in the wrong hands. If you have unused or expired medicines, your pharmacy has systems in place to take care of them for you.
Needle disposal - Bring your used needles in a thick plastic or glass container to have put into our sharp dispoal container, to ensure they are disposed of in the correct manner.
